When can revision rhinoplasty be performed?
Most surgeons recommend waiting at least 12 months after primary rhinoplasty. This allows swelling to settle, scar tissue to mature, and the final shape to become clear. Minor refinements may sometimes be considered earlier, but structural revisions almost always benefit from patience.
